HIV Test at Home

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the acceptability of home HIV testing kits among sexual and gender minority populations in Puerto Rico. Participants will receive two free home HIV testing kits. The inclusion criteria are as follows:

About the study

To participate, you must consider the following:

You are eligible for the study if:

Are you 16 years of age or older?
You identify as part of the LGBTQI+ population
Are you willing to take a home HIV test?
You speak and read Spanish

To participate you must:

Take a home HIV test
Complete a questionnaire before and after taking the test, which takes approximately 20 minutes.
You could be invited to participate in an interview of no more than 60 minutes.
